IMPORTANT Return Merchandise Authorization Procedures:
1. Please complete the RMA form with detailed descriptions of the problem(s) for your product(s).
2. Print out RMA and send it back with your defective/unwanted merchandise.
3. Please indicate whether you want a refund or exchange. All refunds will be charged a 20% restocking fee even if the item is defective. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. If your product(s) is found non-defective you will be charge $10 testing fee.
5. All returns must be in its original packaging and if missing parts you will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to seller.
6. Please sign the RMA form. If you do not sign the RMA form your RMA will not be processed.

7. By returning your merchandise you have agreed to the terms and condition of the RMA form.
