Do you need tools and how long to assemble the product?
Assembling your products will take approximately
couple of hours. Following the instructions on manual
will ensure that you can properly and safely assemble your product(s).
You will need a few tools to assemble your product(s).
**It is always recommend that you have your product(s) assembled by a professional. **
It is best to have everything, including tools, ready before you begin. Your product(s) will be tightly sealed and packaged (this is to prevent shipping damage).
Different product(s) varies in assemble time and tools needed.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax of 9.75% to product(s) that are shipped within California.
How do you ship your product(s)?
We ship using any of the above shipping company of our choice.

What is your cancel or return policy?
All bicycles have 30 days manufacturer warranty with picture of damage(s). All bicycle engine kits have a 48 hours damage parts / missing parts when received warranty and We're giving you a full 30 days warranty on these engines and 6 months warranty or our RAW motors (exchange). However, this will not cover engine seizure if the correct ratio of oil and petrol is not used..
We charge a 5% cancellation fee if item is not shipped. 20% if product(s) is shipped out already. Buyer is responsible for all reshipping cost. All shipping charges are non refundable.
How much is shipping cost?
Product(s) varies from shipping cost. Sometimes it’s FREE because of promotions. Check the check out page for more info. We charge a flat rate shipping and handling charge do to weight of our product(s).
Do you accept International orders or International credit cards?
All International shipment will have a custom (duty) fee when the shipment arrives. Customer will be responsible to pay for the fee. We ship to anywhere in the United States and Canada only. We do not accept international credit cards.
What are my payment options?

Are there refunds on the products?
Do to shipping cost of our products all sales are final.
I received damage parts what should i do?
Customers need contact us by email and get a RMA # first then send parts back for us to send you out replacement parts. Unless authorized by zone8cycling personnel.
Contact us by E-Mail or phone for shipping instructions and address... NO return will be accepted without an RMA#
Where is my order?
Usually all orders are shipped out 1-2 business day after the order was placed.
Please note that business days are Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
Order place on Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday will be shipped next business day.
48CC vs. 49CC vs. 50CC?
66CC vs. 70CC vs. 80CC?
We are commonly asked why our 50CC piston and cylinder are the same size as the so called “48CC & 49CC” piston and cylinder sold by others. The answer is as simple as the truth. Both motors have a displacement of 47.7 CC, close enough to be called a 49CC or 50CC. Same goes with the 66cc to the 70cc and 80cc same size block.
What is the oil mixture for bicycle engine kits?
Uses synthetic motorcycle oil. During break in you add 8 ounces of oil to one gallon of gas for your first gallon of gas as well as your second gallon. Be sure not to go full throttle during your first gallon of gas. After the break in ( First 2 gallons of gas) you add 4 ounces of oil to one gallon of gas for the rest of the life of the motor
What is the RAW bicycle engine kit?
The RAW kit is a bicycle engine kit designed in 2009. RAW is the brand here in the U.S.A. We have gather tons of informations over the years and designed the RAW bicycle engine kit. This kit is EPA certified. We believe in this kit so much that we are backing it up with 6 months warranty (exchange). Can any other kit do that?
What is the different between the regular bicycle engine kits and the RAW bicycle engine kits?
The RAW kits are made with better quality in every aspect down to the packaging. RAW kit is EPA certified, which we believe is the biggest difference between these kits. and RAW kit has a 6 months warranty.
